Background story
Little did I know where that first yoga class some 20 odd years ago would take me. One tiny step at the time the path led me towards becoming a teacher and finding this loving community of teachers, students and friends. I am humbled by the experience of sharing what I’ve learnt so far, constantly doing my best to dive deeper to cultivate the incredible gift of yoga.
My classes are centered around playful flows and the union between body and mind. Always aiming to spark joy of movement and allow space for you to find your own way of practicing. Loving the constant dance between yin and yang, trying to embody their qualities fully – both on and off the mat.
