Embodied Yin™ is an explorative form of yin, allowing each student to find their very own way into full relaxation. We use a ton of pillows and blankets to help us relax, and it's all about breathing, moving slowly and deep listening to your body. Time is key, we stay in each for for several minutes. Make sure to have blankets and pillows nearby! Also a nice warm jumper and maybe socks if you tend to get cold.
